Company Leadership

Alan L. Mullen, CTI’s President, CEO, and founder, graduated from Cornell University and was a TOPGUN pilot in the Navy. He has over 30 years of experience providing training to both commercial and military aviation. His motivation for founding CTI was to demonstrate the power of a total commitment to quality. Having experienced both very high and very average training in the course of his long aviation career, he became convinced that top quality training must not only be the most effective but, ultimately, the best value. Everything from efficiency and customer satisfaction to employee morale and retention accrues to the organization that embraces a total quality approach.

 
Matthew Black, Senior Vice President, Business Development is a graduate of Belmont University. He has over 15 years experience as a program manager/director in the USAF. His flying experience includes 2300+ hours in the F-15C and is a graduate of the USAF Weapons School, the Air Force’s premier instructor course. He has over six years of success leading teams to solve complex business issues, effectively interacting with customers of various backgrounds helping them to resolve their most difficult problems. He has a Masters Degree in Aeronautical Sciences from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and also in Aviation Sciences from Air University, Maxwell AFB, AL.

 
 
Kathy Zielinski, Chief Financial Officer, has over thirty years experience in finance. She graduated from Hofstra University and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New York. She is experienced in for profit and not for profit accounting, government grants and contracts, corporate and partnership taxation, budgeting, financial analysis, insurance, Medical/Medicare billing and cost reporting, AHERA (Asbestos Emergency Response Act), human resources, and purchasing.

 
 
0720151809 (157x246)William M. Crocker, Director of Learning Solutions and Chief Learning Officer. Retired from the US Army, he is an honor graduate of Columbia Union College with over 15 years of training and project management experience with multiple Department of Defense agencies and commercial companies, both global and domestic. He has developed a wide array of training products from multi-billion dollar project environments down to those budgeted in the hundreds of dollars. With an M.S. in Project Management and an MBA, he is focused on developing learning solutions that engage and entertain but are firmly rooted in ISD principles. “When we stop seeking out learning opportunities we stop growing and when we stop trying to improve, we fall behind and fail”.
