Co-Founder and continuing senior leadership role in primarily U.S. military contract training provider. Responsible for the design, development and delivery of human factors and technical training systems for corporate, commercial, and military aviation. Manages the efforts of an instructional systems development staff and instructor cadre of approximately 200 uniquely qualified individuals. Works with airlines to develop basic and advanced Crew Resource Management (CRM) programs for line pilots and check airmen. Participated in Air Transport Association working groups on new training methods and human factors integration standards and methods. Supervises the design of CRM training for tactical aircraft in use with the USAF, Air National Guard, Air Force Reserve, and allied forces. Served as special consultant to Swiss Air Force for introduction of CRM training into F-18 Hornet community and for training of Air Force wide facilitators. Maintains Top Secret Facility Clearance, responsible for control of highly classified training products.

Under his leadership CTI revenue has grown ten fold over the last ten years and margin has tripled since 2001.

Instrumental in forming a partnership between CTI, Vanderbilt University Medical Center and certain highly qualified MD’s to bring Aviation Safety Tools and CRM Principles to health care. The resultant corporation now has over 80 hospitals, many high profile university medical centers, and SVMIC on their client list. CRM in medicine has become more “main stream” and a strategic relationship with “Team Steps” (DoD funded source of medical human factors training) has been forged.

In 2005, the company’s first full year of operations, it lost $154,000 on $725,000 in revenue. In 2008 they are projecting significant profit on $3,000,000 in revenue.
