Eddie is a retired U.S. Navy Commander. He received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Louisville in 1974. In May 1974 Eddie was commissioned Ensign in the U.S. Navy through the ROTC program and reported to Flight School at the Naval Air Station in Pensacola, Fl. Eddie has over 22 years experience in the development of training materials and programs for U.S. Naval aviation training operations.

Experience has included tactics and situational awareness training for single seat and multi-seat strike aircraft in tactical operations. He developed both traditional instructor moderated and computer-based multimedia courseware for operational training. He was responsible for training development, delivery and management systems in support of the Air National Guard (ANG) and Air Force Reserve (AFRC) Fighter Crew Resource Management (CRM) training programs. He developed training courseware to provide safe training operations for ANG and AFRC aircrews. He also bid, developed and delivered Recurrent ACT CRM programs, including student guides, instructor guides, media packages, CD’s and video tapes for the Canadian F-18, Swiss Air Force, Italian Air Force, Navy F-14/E-2/C-2.
