Jack Holt is Vice President of Operations. He is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy receiving a BS degree in 1979 and a 1994 graduate of the Naval War College receiving a MA in National Security Affairs and Strategic Studies. He has over 24 years of military experience ranging from flying tactical fighters from the decks of aircraft carriers to serving on multi-national staffs overseas. He has extensive experience in real world contingency operations participating in no fly enforcement operations both in Bosnia-Herzegovina and southern Iraq. He has commanded a strike fighter squadron which enjoyed numerous operational successes. He served as a joint international political-military action officer for U.S. European Command (USEUCOM) and was the principal contributor to USEUCOM’s most important management initiative since the end of the cold war: the Theatre Security Planning System (TSPS). Since joining CTI, Jack has become an integral part of the instructional team facilitating courseware to U.S.A.F. personnel in both the Air Combat Command (ACC) and Air National Guard (ANG). He also assists in courseware development. He has accumulated over 20 years of teaching experience to include flight instruction to Naval Aviators, strategic briefings to joint military staffs and facilitation of Crew Resource Management courseware.
