Education: High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, and/or work/military experience.
Training and Experience:
Minimum two (2) years’ experience in the requisitioning, receipt, verification, storage, identification, issue, inventory and accounting of tools, gages, components, spare parts, and supplies used in support of Maintenance Training.
Shall have honorably served in the military or in the US Army as a 92Y or may also have honorably served in a comparable career path in other military service branches or DoD elements.
Shall possess a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in Logistics/Supply operations (preferably within an Army logistics/ supply environment).
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Security Clearance: Must maintain a Secret level security clearance.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain control records of all tools/gauges requiring calibration and ensures that calibration is accomplished as scheduled.
Operate tool and stock room to maintain an appropriate supply level of expendable and non-expendable tools, spare parts, supplies, and equipment utilized in support of Maintenance Training.
Assist the Government in receiving, inspecting, inventorying, loading/unloading, storing, delivering and turning in of organization and installation supplies and equipment 5 days per week/8 hours per day.
Assist in preparing unit/organizational supply documents and maintaining automated supply system for accounting of organizational and installation supplies and equipment.
Assist in performing inventory and financial management procedures, including ordering, receiving and storing supplies.
Provide administrative assistance to the S4.
Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
