Description
Previous experience as an Instructor Aircrew Member (AF Specialty Code "K" prefix). Previous MQ-1 Sensor Operator Instructor is "desired". Have 500 hrs total flying time of which 100 hrs are PAI (not including "other" time); or have 150 hrs PAI (not including "other" time). Pass and maintain the FAA Class III and/or AF flight physical requirements. Must complete a formal basic academic instructor course within 6 months after start of training as an instructor. Completion of the Air Combat Command Classroom Instructor Course or MAJCOM equivalent satisifies the CRI requirement. All instructor SO (ISO) candidates will meet AFI 11-2RQ-1, Volume 1, Chapter 2, Instructor SO prerequisites prior to certification as an MQ-1 ISO.
