Crew Training International's newest site provides Contract Aircrew Training (CAT) and Courseware Development (CWD) to those aircrew members of the RC/OC/WC-135 and E-4B aircraft assigned to the 55th Wing, Offutt AFB, Nebraska. The CTI Team Offutt performs this mission under Headquarters Air Combat Command (HQ ACC) Contract #FA4890-04-C008. Under this contract, CTI is chartered to provide all academic and training device instruction to both students and qualified permanent party crew members. Team Offutt is responsible for 35 separate tracks of academic training as well as providing training device instruction. The annual estimate of student workload exceeds 650 students per year.
