SiteSense™

Site Sense™ is an interactive, skills based, team-training program, developed as a tool to address human errors on any construction jobsite. The origin of Site Sense™ is a program developed within the aviation industry called Crew Resource Management (CRM). In flying as in construction, a major cause of accidents is the failure of a crew to use all available resources. These resources include materials, equipment, technical skills and people. The focus of Site Sense is to ensure the most effective use of all resources to safely accomplish a job task. This is accomplished by focusing on defined skills to improve team formation, maintain situation awareness and enhance communication.
