CTI currently provides Crew Resource Management (team training) to all units of the Combat Air Forces, Air Force Reserve Command and most units of the Air National Guard. In addition, CTI provides contract training managers, instructors and course developers to Air Force formal training units at Offutt, AFB near Omaha (RC-135 & E-4B platforms). Additionally, CTI provides training managers, instructors, and course developers for the USAF Weapons School at Nellis AFB in Nevada, and the ANG at March JARB, CA. Our Air force contract at Luke AFB and Holloman AFB includes F-16 weapons system support for F-16 academic instruction, F-16 aircrew training devices (ATD) instruction/console operations, and ATD cockpit operations, comprehensive courseware development, and training support. For the Navy and Marine Corps, CTI revises various program curriculum and Air Combat Training Systems for the two military branches. CTI also provides training to the Spanish Navy and Italian Navy under the new contract. For the FAA, will be conducting B-737 and A320 Air Carrier Aircraft Pilot Training for Flight Standards Operations Inspectors and Aircraft Certification pilots employed by the FAA.Over the last decade, the company has become the “C3ISR” (command, control, communications, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance) training provider of choice for not only the USAF but NATO.
